Our fellow Scottish Europeans are voting in a referendum for independence from the UK today. What effects will this referendum have on the rest of Europe? Is separatism the right way or does it just mean more borders and red tape in Europe? Could the alternative to separatism be a federal Europe with federal member states? When will all the European leaders understand the fact that the most pragmatic way, the most economical way and the most human way to handle all the migration to Europe, would be a common European migration authority under a European ministry of migration
